2 cucharadas sopera de salsa de soya/soja
50 gramos de harina de garbanzos
1 cucharada de aceite
Preparación
Mezclas bien los ingredientes secos en un tazón o recipiente
Añades el agua,caldo,salsa
Amasas (no más de 3 minutos para una mejor consistencia)
Dejas reposar media hora para que tome bien los sabores
Lo separas, yo hice 6 porciones de 110 gramos más o menos
lo envuelves en papel aluminio y lo pones en la vaporera
En 45 minutos queda listo
Se puede hacer en horno o hervido, pero no he probado este método.
Antes de comer, cocina como prefieras y a disfrutar, la salchicha que haces tiene aprox:
Calorías 180
Proteína 26 gramos
Carbohidratos 11 gramos
Grasa 4 gramos
